b. RE-BUILD RE-START
Mid-way through 2020, it’s all about manager-employee conversations and re-set/re-start discussions among teams and between departments.
The tools in this group help recall, record, and put forward new ideas—large and small—emerging from CoVid19 workplace experiences.
Inside the tools, you’ll find questions (sometimes hard ones) and discussion topics (sometimes hard ones) about aligning with changed customer needs, job role shifts, process updates, and revisits to priorities and next steps.
All of the tools can be incorporated into group discussions, enabling good structure and opportunities for engagement. Some of the tools are better applied to one-on-one conversations. For one-on-ones, the tool can be shared with the contributor prior to the conversation with time allotted for reflection and initial thoughts in advance.
For teams, the tools help fully leverage the capabilities of your online collaboration programs.
